Q:  What forms of payments do you accept?

A:  We accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover) as well as Paypal payments. All customers must submit payment through our quick and easy online checkout process. If you are having any difficulties completing your transaction, please give us a call at 800.955.9550.


Q:  When will you ship my order?

A:  In most cases we will ship your order the next business day after payment is received. Priority is given to Next Day Air and 2 Day Air orders and our order processing system will send you a shipping confirmation and a UPS tracking number via email.


Q:  Are all of the clubs you sell authentic?

A:  Absolutely. We guarantee the authenticity of every club we sell.  We know there are plenty of knockoff clubs being sold online today, but we carefully inspect every club we sell and back every purchase with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.


Q:  Why do you dropship most of the golf bags you sell?

A:  We offer nearly a thousand different bags from more than a dozen manufacturers. We offer so many brands, styles, and colors that it would be impossible to keep all of these in our warehouse. To be able to offer you the very best selection, we have the majority of the golf bags we sell online dropshipped directly to our customers from the manufacturer. If for any reason your golf bag is not going to be delivered in a reasonable amount of time by the manufacturer, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your options.


Q:  I want to use my old clubs to get store credit. How do I do that?

A:  We're always happy to pay cash for your old golf clubs, but you have the option of taking a DallasGolf.com store credit when you submit your trade-in. When you take a store credit, we'll even kick-in an extra 20%. Please note that store credits may only be redeemed for the purchase of items on DallasGolf.com. They cannot be used for purchases from the Dallas Golf eBay store. 


Q:  I've been told that the used clubs I'm trying to trade-in were rejected. What now?

A:  We accept more than 96% of all clubs sent to us as trade-ins. However, we do periodically reject clubs that are damaged, excessively worn, or have skymarks. If our trade-in manager notifies you via email that your trade-in has been declined, we can either return your clubs to you via UPS for $10 or donate them to our local junior golf program. The choice is yours.


Q:  I'm not fully satisfied with my purchase. What do I do?

A:  If you are not fully satisfied for any reason with a purchase from DallasGolf.com, we want to know about it. Please call 800.955.9550 and a member of our customer service team will be glad to work with you to make it right.


Q:  I live locally in Dallas. Can I pick up my items?

A:  Absolutely. We are open Monday thru Friday and allow local pickup of purchases from 8am until 3pm. We strongly suggest that you call us to let us know you're coming.


Q:  I'm hosting a tournament and want to know if Dallas Golf can contribute to my event?

A:  We would be glad to! Just send an email to info@dallasgolf.com with all of the basic info about your event and the name, phone number, and email for your tournament chairperson.
