Jody Brothers: "After a candidly unremarkable College Golf and Mini-tour career, I spent the next 10 years working my way up the corporate ladder for American Golf Corporation, developing marketing and sales programs for a region of Public and Private Golf Courses. Upon leaving American Golf in March of 2003, I toured Europe for 6 weeks and worked out the vision for my next project in the pubs of Madrid, Prague and Cinque Terre, Italy (some of the notes are still hard to read). It was very apparent to me that while shopping on the Internet is definitely the future, unfortunately service can range from disinterested to disastrous. That is why service and the reduction of shipping time/cost is our primary concern. We also want to provide as much data as possible when helping you choose your next golf bag. Tadd Brothers: "Jody might have some vision and people skills but when you handle the technical and accounting side of this business you really know where the true brains are behind the operation. I have a double Major from Chico State in Northern California in MIS and Accounting and spent 6 years serving our Country in the Navy aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (yes, I have a Nuclear Engineering background as well). One thing Jody and I share in common though is our passion for the business and playing side of golf. Without that passion we'd be just a couple of guys trying to make a buck off a dot.com. Return Policy:

JustGolfBags.com is fully committed to your satisfaction of an on-line purchase. If you want a refund on an item simply ship the item back within 30 days of the purchase and notify us via email with your original order number and the tracking information for the shipment. Upon receipt of the shipment we will refund the original purchase price of that item and any applicable sales tax. Items received must be in new condition and suitable for resell.

For product warranty claims please email us at info@justgolfbags.com and we will obtain a Return Authorization and provide shipping instructions so that you can return directly to the manufacturer.

Because we have ship from Texas we are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped within these states.
